Autorenewed without notifying. Zero customer support
I originally subscribed, on their website not via the app, to Coolor thinking we'd get a lot of use out of it but in reality we used it for a few days and couple of projects and never opened it again. Fast forward a year and I noticed a charge for another subscription. No pre-warning they were going to charge and no email confirming my subscription was renewed. Just the charge on my bank statement. Contacted support multiple times about this with no response. Can't even get into my account online properly as their code to reset passwords doesn't ever get sent. Oh and the product itself is fine but you can do almost everything it does for free or via other apps you might use. Coupled with the poor customer service and just charging for another year without any warning, this is a poor product
