My running has improved after just 2 weeks
I’m loving this app so far. I’ve done quite a few half marathons before but haven’t stuck to a formal training plan. I signed up to a free trial of this app and after just 2 weeks have noted a significant improvement in my running, so have decided to subscribe formally. The integration into Garmin Connect and associated prompts on my watch throughout the runs are great and really keep me on track. I haven’t yet needed to contact the coaches but it would be easy to do so via the app.
