Usei a aplicação Coopah para treinar para a Maratona de Lisboa. O objectivo era terminar a maratona em menos de 3:30 minutos e consegui concluir a Maratona de Lisboa em 3:26 minutos.
Os treinos são bons equilibrados e variados. A única coisa que tenho a apontar é o tempo reduzido de aquecimento nos treinos. Por exemplo, 5 minutos ou 10 minutos. Em todos os treinos realizei sempre mais 5 ou 10 minutos de aquecimento do que o que estava programado.Tirando esta situação penso que a pena, estou bastante satisfeito.
Exceeded expectations
I used another App for virtual running support (R***A) as I am not able to join a club near my house.
When I won a place at the London Marathon (2025), I received their ad promoting Coopah.
In the beginning, I mistakenly sub-estimating Coopah due to its lower price. I just thought they would miss a functionality or could not present the same accuracy or develop a sophisticated plan that suited my needs.
However, I was fully wrong.
The previous one has a better user interface but, in terms of training, Coopah exceeded my expectations. All training sessions are suitable to my actual performance and challenging enough to support my evolution.
Most importantly, they have helped me with my plantar fasciitis issue, which is a problem I have when I over load my training sessions without a proper strength workout and recovery time.
Highly recommend it.
Coopah app
The app has been extremely helpful with getting me back into training and stay motivated towards my next race. The app allows me to complete a range of different types of runs that sync straight to my watch making it quick and easy to get going in the morning which is extremely beneficial.
Making running easier
Really enjoying the app and its making it much easier to get out and go for a run. Having a plan developed for you and seamlessly integrating in with Garmin has been really helpful for me. It’s early days but hoping to complete a half marathon mid March with Coopah

I’m still relatively new to Coopah but at almost 4 weeks into my marathon training plan, I’m loving it! Straight forward to use and easy to switch runs/workouts to different days if I need to. Wish I’d discovered Coopah for my last marathon
Great App
I’ve used a few running apps over the past few years and Coopah is the most user friendly one I have found. Great training programmes from 5k to 1/2 Marathon that I will be using. Great that it includes strength training that is accessible to complete at home when tight on time through the week.
Great app
Thought I would try it for my next marathon as recommended through The Women’s Running podcast that I listen to. Easy to use, love runs around and I’ve enjoyed the strength and conditioning training which is fitting into my other strength days almost as warm ups or add ons.
