Why is it so difficult to get jobs on your app?… I keep applying for almost 2 weeks now… Always unsuccessful… this is so frustrating… please do something about it!

Not enough shifts

Constantly got rejected even though I had an updated profile. Deleted the app after 3 weeks

I have been suspended for the platform as a result of three strikes the first two strikes they were a cancellation of two shifts for the same company so I’ve got two cancellation in one literally. When I tried to appeal it I’ve got no chance to appeal and the platform it wasn’t working and I couldn’t access until I’ve got the third and last strike also the same thing I could manage to appeal and no one replied to my phone calls so I just moved on to work for different agencies .

This app is terrible. Definitely a waste of time and I would highly suggest for everyone to use other agencies. For the past couple months I have been trying to earn some money for the summer so have been applying to several jobs a day hoping I could get one. I haven’t gotten a single job even though I have only been applying to thing I am qualified for. This app is biased to people who have had a lot of jobs already so it’ll take a long time before you get even one shift.

Applied for lots of temp shifts and every one is unsuccessful not sure what I’m doing wrong

Been in the app for 4 month , i apply for literally every day , i got experience and a good cv , still never get accepted or even reply to my application, waste of your time . Don’t even deserve that 1 star

After a couple of months I haven’t yet got any work. It took weeks for them to update my job profile even though it was clear on my cv that I was more than qualified. I keep applying for jobs and getting refused. They bombard me with emails and keep offering the same shifts, even the ones I applied for and been refused. This app is a waste of time and it’s just frustrating

I have worked faithfully with coople for almost 7 months. In those months, the only way i was able to get steady shifts as a student was talking to the company directly and requesting if i could be booked consistently. Over 3 weeks ago, the company decided to reduce/stop agencies from working with them and i was greatly affected. Against the advice of friends who had told me not to rely on coople, i became stuck with no job and no source of income. I reached out to coople and pleaded to please be given shifts while also applying consistently but all to no avail. I am currently completing my second master degree so it’s not a problem of being uneducated cause i am. (Maybe, just maybe coople thinks I’m good enough as a kitchen porter only, sad). Coople doesn’t seem to care for its employees in this regard (having shifts that is) and its so disappointing. I will advice that anyone who chooses to use coople should only use it as a back up to the back up of a backup plan A.K.A. plan Z. Let me not forget to mention the number of people i have recommended to TRY this app but haven’t gotten even 1 shift. Asides that, when you do by any miracle get shifts, their pay rates are competitive although they pay in 2 weeks after a shift is completed (this is communicated to you from the onset). Please note that these rate’s however include holiday pay so yh, no paid “holiday” for you.
