Tried a dozen times to enter this app. Password resets are not working and if you try and reset by logging in with your mobile number it freezes completely

This app is unable to correctly price journeys or take pre-payment. The company appears to believe this makes it acceptable for their cabs to either turn up late or not turn up at all. If they do turn up they’ll charge you double the price quoted on the app. I suspect they only actually assign a cab once you call the automated line to check why your car hasn’t turned up. I suggest avoiding Star Cars until they build an app that allows a customer to agree a price, reserve a taxi in advance of their journey and pay for it on the app.

They will give you one price and once you book they will ring you and double the price.

What’s the point in having a pre book system if they don’t come for when you booked them?

I have been a regular customer of this service for quite a while, generally not a bad service. As of tonight’s lack of service (19/10/22) I will not be using star cars again. I have never rated any of your drivers less than 5 stars but only because i am polite, trust me , not all of them deserved that rating. 1 star rating , because there is no zero

Iphone 13 pro max can’t opened application

I just used the app for the first time to pre book a cab. Very easy and logical to use. I look forward to using the service. The app itself is very well presented and of a quality vagaries you don’t often see for smaller companies. Well done to the developer.
