This used to be usable. You pay for the messages, send and receive. Now you can’t do nothing in the app without “upgrading to premier account”. That’s a cash grab and absolute trash by the developers. We already pay to communicate now we gotta pay extra just to use the app, a poorly designed app that looks like it was designed by an IT dropout.

Great easy to use app, has all the tools that I need. Notifications are instant and have had no crashing. Thanks!

Works perfectly fine except once I tried to save a message to drafts that was too long although I deleted it straight away I still get a notification every time I open the app saying message too long for drafts.

This app is great for keeping in touch with minimal effort. Talk to message and new message alerts. Highly recommend it. You do need an account opened on a desktop but then put your credentials in app and off you go.

Absolutely horrible platform that in my personal opinion a couple of high school students could build this rudimentary application, secure it, and ensure a better experience than this particular company does. Even right now when trying to send an important message to a loved one the application has been failing to sync for HOURS without any type of resolve or true error message for the user! It appears that there is an issue or disconnect rather between the application and possibly the web server giving this error message (CorrLinks.ApiError error 0). So with the website being hosted on Cloudfare and secure tunnel being leveraged with a failure in between, when could we expect a resolution with something so easy?? Do we need to provide documentation on properly load balancing your supporting infrastructure? Is there monitoring setup for when this issue occurs and if so can the resolution not be automated to resolve this in a more timely manner, because I’m almost positive this isn’t the first time this particular issue has occurred? This CorrLink app is terrible, as well as, the CorrLink Video app smh. Geesh if resources are that limited allow some college students to aid in building better apps at a Hackathon or something please! I’m sure you may not care, even the slightest because it’s probably not impacting you directly/personally in any manner and given that you have the contract with DOC/BOP you could careless because most of them probably do not care enough to think about it because it’s not there contractual funding anyways, but have some pride about your work.

app won’t let me login keeps saying my information is invalid when i login online i get right into my account this app isn’t a good app

If I paid for a subscription how is it that there is a maximum amount of emails you can send per month? This has never happened before & now I can’t send emails. Super frustrating as I was told you can send / receive unlimited emails!! Getting an error message “* The person in custody has already received the maximum number of incoming messages this month.The person in custody to whom you sent this message is NOT being informed of this rejection.” Other than that, I’m grateful to have an on the go way to communicate with my boyfriend. The time line to receive the emails is not always consistent but we do eventually get them !!

I find it ridiculous you have to pay for an app to pay to speak to your loved ones. As if your company doesn’t make enough money off of the communication without requiring a “premier” account. Iowa and all states should switch to JPay and Secures Technologies. They allow you to use their app without paying EXTRA! Get real!
