Extremely useless, every time I try to create an account it just disappears and goes back to my Home Screen. It’s 2021, I would of thought they could get someone to create an app that actually works. After all they make enough money scamming people with their ferries. Still owe me 100 euros after them cancelling our ferry and is having to rebook one that was 100 euros cheaper. Not that we ever got the refund after countless emails and phone calls. Not even a reply to a single email. I don’t know what this company is doing but their customer service is possibly the worst in the world.
