Κάθε τρεις και λίγο κολλάει και δεν ανοίγει
Εφαρμογή μαπα!
Ξέχασα τον κωδικό πρόσβασης και πατώντας για ανάκτηση λογαριασμού, μέσω email, αντί να με ζητήσει νέο κωδικό, με ζητάει τον παλιό προκειμένου να συνεχίσει!!!!!!

Η εταιρεία είναι για γέλια η δεν ξέρει τι γίνεται στα αρμόδια τμήματα της ή ξέρει και δεν ενδιαφέρεται δεν υπάρχει άλλη εξήγηση .15 Ιανουαρίου 24 κάνω ενημέρωση στοιχείων σε καταστήματα της Λάρισας για μπορώ μέσω της εφαρμογής να εκδώσω βεβαίωση κυριότητας για το σταθερό με σωστά στοιχεία πλέον και να μου δίνει δικαίωμα να εκδώσω και για κινητά που δεν μου έδινε την επιλογή. Μου λένε θα πάρει ένα δυο μήνες λόγω φόρτου εργασίας οκ κανένα πρόβλημα μέχρι και σήμερα δεν έχει αλλάξει τίποτα και σήμερα 28/12/24 που πήγα στο ίδιο κατάστημα να πάρω μια βεβαίωση που χρειάζομαι αφού δεν μπορώ να εκδώσω μου λένε μόνο μέσω εφαρμογής ή τηλεφωνικώς στο 13888 στο ίδιο κατάστημα που έκανα ενημέρωση στοιχείων .Τι πίνετε και δεν μας δίνετε.

Cannot use the app as it keeps on restarting. The problem occurs on iPhone 7 and iPhone 15
