So excited to see Costa come to the United States. I know this company from the U.K and it is great coffee. Used the Barista Bot in Austin Airport. Super fast and super tasty!!

I used to LOVE my Briggo - I even contacted HEB to tell them they should start a relationship with them bc it seemed like a perfect fit (target has Starbucks, heb should have briggo) - alas, this wasn't meant to be. Unfortunately, they removed the option for Chai Tea lattes (or any other tea option). Since I don't like or drink coffee, I can no longer use their service. Many people don't like coffee or can't handle the acidity. By removing a tea option, you are alienating a large part of the population and forcing us to go to the competition, which is a bummer - I liked giving you my money

I was in the Austin airport for an early morning flight and looking for some coffee. At first I went to Starbucks, but of course everyone else had the same idea and the line was at least a dozen people deep. Not wanting to wait, I kept walking looking for another option, but it was before 6 AM and most stores were closed. Then I found this. The whole process took maybe 3 minutes (including onboarding) and the latte I ordered was great. I’ll use this every single time where it’s an option.

I tried the app for the first time and was really impressed with the speed and accuracy of my order. The drink was delicious and made quicker than I expected.

I just want some coffee! Now Please! But Noooo! When I select the closest (only) location it then just spins nonstop! Nothing else happens! It just keeps spinning & never moving on to the next step!! 😡 Bummer!!

Can barely enter the card number. The keyboard hides the screen and you can’t get back . Very difficult to use
