Totally bad app! We want to travel back to Roma with the bus. There was no ticket machine at the bus station. Some guy told us to download the app. But we can’t register, it’s saying the phone number is not correct and I even don’t know why the app needs my phone number. The bus driver takes no cash…so what should we do??? For luck one friendly guy bought a ticket for us with his phone. So stupid for travellers!!
This app is absolutely useless. 1st it crashes all the time 2nd it you’re looking in the map it automatically zooms back to your location every couple of seconds 3rd you can’t look up the station maps in the app, you have to use eg Google maps 4th station names don’t match with the signs at the stop or in Google maps. Seems like they’re randomly chose some names. All in all: totally useless, especially for tourists who need more information
L’app promette molto bene, ho avuto modo di navigarci, posso dire che è la strada giusta. C’è ancora un margine di miglioramento nella UX. Non ho ancora effettuato acquisti online con la Apple Pay, ma lo farò presto appena scendo a Roma. Good Luck!
