글씨가 너무 작다 확대도 안되고 폰트 조절도 안되고 앱 개발자님 제발 폰트 크기좀 조절할수 있게 개선좀 나이 먹은 사람들은 아이폰 쓰면 쇼핑도 못하겠음 정말 개선이너무필요함

기획자 진짜 마케팅 좀 배워라. 쿠팡앱 팝업 백날 띄워도 안들어가고 너무 거슬린다.

쿠팡한테 개 실망함 웰컴백 쿠폰으로 슬리퍼 주문했는데 살땐 품절이 아니였는데 주문하니까 품절이라고 자동 환불됐는데 그 돈이 쿠페이머니로 들어감 한 3번정도 그래서 쿠페이머니에 돈이 쌓임 인출하려고 했는데 인출이 또 안됨 문의했는데 쿠팡이랑 관계 없는 내용이라면서 다른 연락처로 다시 문의하라함 그 연락처로 문의 했는데 연락을 며칠동안 안보고 아직까지도 안봄 쿠페이머니로 사려면 배송비는 또 따로내야함 쿠페이로 배송비는 결제가 안되나봄; 쿠페이가 불편하면 어디로 전화해서 또 캐쉬로 바꾸라함 캐쉬로 바꾸는 절차도 힘들고 쿠페이 하는 것도 불편함 쿠팡에서 주문 안하려고 했더만 인출이 안돼서 돈이 묶여있음
리뷰 처음 작성해봄
솔직히 이렇게 폭력적이라고 느낀 앱은 처음임 업데이트는 안하면 클릭이든뭐든 아무것도 못하고 알람창으로 뜨는데 앱 아예 사용못한다고보면됨 결제는 쉬운데 그냥 ㅇㅋ만 누른다고 생각했는데 결제되어있을정도로 쉬움 이건 쉽다고 표현하는게 아니고 그냥 유저 생각 아예안한거지 그저 마케팅+실적만 생각한 앱
물건 못 받았습니다
저는 이 앱을 전혀 추천하지 않습니다. 저는 외국인이지만 한국에 이런 사람이 있는지 몰랐습니다. 여러 곳에 연락했지만 이 앱에서 주문했지만 답변을 받지 못했습니다. 집에 안와서 세번 주문했는데 돈은 들었는데 받아들일 수가 없더군요.

쿠팡이츠에서 음식점 보다가 슬라이딩해서 뒤로가기하는데 쿠팡이츠 페이지에있다가 왜 쿠팡쇼핑으로 넘어감?? 고쳐주셈
제대로 되지 않은 상품 판매하는곳
외부충격,침수x 판매자도 쿠팡이고 브랜드도 있는것 같아 3포트 충전기를 믿고 구매하였는데 2달후 고장 의심스러워 후기들을 보니 두어달 쓰고 고장났다는 후기들 다수 발견 이런 충전기를 (주)쿠팡이라는 회사에서 판매한다는게 매우 실망스러움 이럴거면 알리 테무랑 무엇이 다른지….
