한국에서 처음이지만 마지막은 아니다
안녕하세요 쿠팡님, 안타깝게도 저는 한국어 공부를 계속하지 못했습니다. 그런데 드디어 서울을 방문하겠다는 꿈을 이루었습니다. 쿠팡 앱 사용에 관심이 많습니다. 몇 가지 다른 언어, 특히 영어에 대한 번역 옵션이 내장되어 추가할 수 있습니까? 시간 내주셔서 정말 감사드립니다. 🫶🏾

인증오류 진짜 지친다
5회 오류 난적도 없고 결제수단 추가 화면에서 정보 입력도 없이 뒤로 가기만 했는데 인증 시도 횟수로 치는게 말이되 나... 심지어 쿠팡 연락처 스팸 등록도 안됐는데 인증 번호도 안오고, 1:1 상담하면 죄다 스팸 확인만 하라고 하면서 실질적 문제 해결은 하나도 못한다. 개인정보 수정시 본인 인증은 간 단히 되는데 결제수단 추가 화면의 인증 단계는 별다를게 없 으면서 왜 이리 지독한 버그가 있는가. 벌써 며칠째 씨름하는 와중 상담원들은 문제 원인도 모르고 오로지 다른 곳에 문의 하라고 뺑뺑이만 돌리는데 그럴거면 5회 오류시 걸리는 24시 간 락이라도 풀어주고 안내해주던가 그것도 안된다고 한다. 내가 오류를 낸 것도 아니고 앱에서 멋대로 철퇴를 내린 것에 대해 왜 내가 24시간을 기다려야 하는가? 허구한 날 밤 11시 에 배달 음식을 먹고 건강 좀 해쳐보려 했는데 돈 쓸 필요없이 쿠팡앱에서 친히 내 혈압을 올려주고 있다. 소비자에게 다양 한 제품의 접근성을 높여주고 구매의 편의성을 위해 개발된 앱이건만 자꾸만 경쟁사 앱에 접근해지고 싶은 심신을 매우 불편하게 만드는 앱이다. 치맥을 개발한 위대한 배달의 민족에서 배달치킨을 못 먹는 것인 인권을 박탈당한 껍데기일 뿐이다. 아니, 튀겨지기 직전의 처참히 깃털을 뽑힌 닭과 동일하다. 제발 치킨 좀 먹자 제발.

App with very poor user experience
The local Korean app is the worst app I have ever seen. First of all, it is very unfriendly to foreigners. It is only in Korean and no other languages, and many functions have a terrible experience.
