Courtside 1891

Although Courtside 1891 is advertising that you can stream games in their iOS app, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and even cast games from iOS app to Apple TV and Chromecast none of the above mentioned methods work. Only streaming on iPhone works, and this leaves a very bad experience since the iPhone screen is small. I see that other users have the same issues so the problem seems systematic. Having payed for using the app, I think it’s a total rip-off since I’m not getting the product they are advertising.

- Live video does not work properly on iPhone or when streaming to chromecast. - When video is turned to full screen (landscape), video gets misaligned and audio distorted. - Streaming to chromecast does not work. Subscription feel like a rip-off.

It is not working when watching on IPhone 13. You cant keep it in fullscreen. It keeps showing the bar in the top and reloading the page

I feel scammed, I paid the anual membership for $29 and I can’t see a single basketball game. I want my money back. If you want to watch the Olympics games go with peakcock.

Even if you pay for a subscription, the live games will not play on the app.

I paid for nothing. The app keep telling to log in over and over again. Frustrating!

While it’s great to have an app that allows me to watch so many great basketball games, I have to say that the app could be much better in terms of stability and performance. Especially the background capabilities of the app are far behind other similar apps. Often when I try to open other apps, the feed just stops or casting to my TV is interrupted. It is annoying having to close the app and restart it even if this just take a couple of seconds.

Don’t attempt to use FREE VERSION. It’s pointless and offers window shoppin only. This app is just Super bad and needs a whole new makeover..it appears good it seems like it’s going to be so awesome and that might make it a bigger letdown but… to me it just didn’t function the way u need a sporting app to function! There is certain things people want to see and want to hear. There are things people don’t want to see and hear.. well this app has most of that stuff backwards.. #1 issue 4me, NO box scores on active matches.

This is by far the worst streaming service. And their customer service support is even worse. FIBA is officially streamed not thanks to them, but in spite of them. The only star I give them is for the broadcasters, which are good.
