How can you make an app exclusively for streaming sports and NOT have the most basic functionality that every single user obviously needs? Unless watching live, every game is spoiled, as scores can’t be hidden. The list of played games shows the result as default and this can’t be turned off. Even if you manage to somehow cover the screen and select to watch a game from the beginning, the screen instantly shows the end result. Stupid. Airplay to Apple TV is buggy, may not work at all or without sound, forcing you to restart the app and find the game again- which again makes it impossible to avoid seeing the final score. And there is not even a way to fast forward or rewind on the iPhone App, other than the sometimes working 10s fw/back. Extra bad when you have to restart several times. Really, scrap this and start over. I got the app because it was the only place to get all FIBA world cup games, but will never use it again, unless the app is fundamentally re-built. I noticed the lack of hide scores and sent a question about this to customer support the first day. No response.

The list of things that do not work is long. The worst thing, however, is that you can not hide scores. All games are spoiled and makes this app worthless. I would really like to see a lot of these games, but when you always know the final score it is not as fun anymore.

Even if you pay for a subscription, the live games will not play on the app.

I paid for nothing. The app keep telling to log in over and over again. Frustrating!

Charged me twice. Zero customer service. Streaming replays do not work. Spoilers right away.

While it’s great to have an app that allows me to watch so many great basketball games, I have to say that the app could be much better in terms of stability and performance. Especially the background capabilities of the app are far behind other similar apps. Often when I try to open other apps, the feed just stops or casting to my TV is interrupted. It is annoying having to close the app and restart it even if this just take a couple of seconds.

Don’t attempt to use FREE VERSION. It’s pointless and offers window shoppin only. This app is just Super bad and needs a whole new makeover..it appears good it seems like it’s going to be so awesome and that might make it a bigger letdown but… to me it just didn’t function the way u need a sporting app to function! There is certain things people want to see and want to hear. There are things people don’t want to see and hear.. well this app has most of that stuff backwards.. #1 issue 4me, NO box scores on active matches.

This is by far the worst streaming service. And their customer service support is even worse. FIBA is officially streamed not thanks to them, but in spite of them. The only star I give them is for the broadcasters, which are good.

It’s absolute cheeks. The rewind and fast-forward buttons don’t work either.
