Cousins Subs

I picked up my catered ordered and I must say Store #1113 provided excellent service, product selection and communication. My family, visiting for Arkansas loved everything.

I have gone to this establishment three time and each time my order was either incomplete or very little condiments such as a quarter size tomato on my sandwich or three small cucumbers on my vege sandwich. Very disappointed with my service tonight as we had to repeat just about all of one of our orders. Better customer service needs to be stressed such as it is at Culver’s

The bread makes the subs the best ever! Never disappointed.

Tried to make my order on line and it was to easy to slip up or forget to enter something such as needing napkins and the receipt. Also need to be able to customize the curds and fries as to no salt!! Since my order was thru the drive up and I had to wait forever, the girl who brought out my order did go back to get my receipt but still no napkins. On one of the subs I ordered Parma bread they had to make a trip out to tell me they were out of those subs so had to change to a different sub bread. This whole ordeal for a 7.5" sub and a kids turkey and provolone cheese sub with small fries that were way to salty and curds took a whole hour. Way to long for 2 sandwiches.

All the staff was friendly n polite! They acknowledged you even when you walk through the door! Makes you feel welcome!

Visit Was Amazing

I found hair in my sub. I’m very disappointed because I was starving and only had a 30 minute break. I got back to work opened up the sandwich on the first thing I noticed was the hair now I can’t eat. I have to waste more time by bringing it back.
