Workers was rude and rushed me the entire time. I will not be back here !!!!

Why do users have to call to let them know they are there for curb side pick up???? It’s basic in app functionality of literally every other food app to be able to indicate you are at the restaurant in app without having to call.

The Cousins Subs on Mayfair Rd has great service and makes great sandwiches and makes them correctly the first time unlike some other locations I have been to in the past. Great job!

I bought a sub and I earned 7 points. Does it take 500 points (73 visits?) to earn a reward? If so I’m done with Cousins

Went and asked for my food to be inside but they bag it to go when I get home it was a half instead of a foot-long. This was not a good day for me at cousins. She scammed my scam for the discount and I didn’t get a discount because I didn’t get the foot-long. Wow now I lost my discount. She did give me a coupon but when I get home which is about 15 miles away me and my girl only one of us ate. Go figure to pay attention and stay on a job. A little better is bad enough. I had to get to the store, hard time because of the way the store is built for customers to come in the store and then to mess up the order is not good service..🙃
