Too expensive

I said it already.

Used to be great

Been playing since the game started in 2013 and it used to be very fun and relaxing. Over the last few years, it’s becoming obvious the focus has been on making as much money as possible which is ok but not at the cost of the stability of the game. The amount of glitches, including duplicate glitches, have skyrocketed. Just look at the user comments on their FB post and it is clear they are unhappy dealing with a mostly incompetent support team. They keep releasing new (concurrent!) series without fixing bugs from previous series and releasing features that no one asked for! Many have asked to implement a suggestion box where players can submit and vote if features. Even simple requests like fixing the blonde shades in later levels to look like the earlier levels (shades they already have) are ignored since that won’t make them money. Only game where I spend real money…not sure how much longer I can support this game if things don’t change soon.

Changing my profile

On the profile page, there is normally a pencil, right? To change your name and profile pic?? When I go onto my profile page, there is not a pencil in the top left corner where it would be. On the right corner, I see a gear. But no pencil in the left. Overall it’s a pretty good game but it’s a bummer that you can’t change your name and profile pic.

Skip this game, it glitches frequently and there is game support is entirely useless

Game didn’t work anymore

I used to play this game over 3 years at my iPad 2022 but around 2 weeks after update I can’t open it at all it’s all the time mistake

Charged w/o permission

Charged me 3.99 without permission. Normally that isn’t enough for me to make a fuss about it but I was concerned about WHY I was charged. Customer support could not tell me what the charge was for, why I was charged at all, or provide any other information. In general, this game seems to be getting more and more profit driven with a noticeable decrease in quality. The amount of AI generated prompts, backgrounds, and clothing items is getting insane

Not working

Was working until yesterday then I am getting a game server mismatch error and nothing I do will fix it. I can’t get on even if I delete and reinstall. No help so far from customer service. Guess I will find a similar game and play that instead. Been over 3 days and no reply from Customer Support and unable to play the game at all.

This game has gone from fun to frustrating. So many things wrong with this version I can’t even fit them in here.

Customer communication

Very poor communication about bugs and glitches. Constantly making it sound like it’s the players fault when we are all experiencing the same issues. No warning for maintenance or compensation.
