A good app overall. Rated it 3 stars but would have given it a 4 if it supports other languages like Chinese and Japanese

Leaked 22m contacts

Absolute amateurs. They don't encrypt any of your data and when a database was leaked with 22m contacts from their 90,000 users (not just phone numbers and email addresses but also physical addresses and any personal notes), they released a statement saying no user info was leaked. 🤯 Why will I even care about my password when the hackers already have the whole treasure trove! They had promoted themselves as privacy first but they can't even secure a database. The reviews I can read here are all one star except for one. How did this app even get a 4.3 rating? After having my own data leaked, I certainly wished they had spent less resources on "growth hacking" and more on making sure actual hackers can't get to their users' data ...

EXPENSIVE

The cost far outweighs the benefits of this app especially when the information / suggested updates are INACCURATE. And I notice the “suggested” updates for contacts are based on what I’ve manually keyed in on my native contact app. It almost feels as though the app doesn’t update you with relevant data but with what you have already keyed in. Utter rubbish.

Working?

I have uploaded 3,500 of my contacts to their server for 2 days and they are asking me to wait for their email before being able to use. So far, i have not been able to use it at all.

Great address book app. Worked well, made loads of good updates to my contacts. Cool remind feature.

Never worked

Useless apps never worked.

Just did not work for me

This app simply did not work for me. Doing every single thing was slow, whether it was switching between contacts and the dashboard or searching for leads, even selecting settings was slow. I'm sure the idea was a great one for this app but the execution is simply not there.
