I have been using this app for about a month now. If you’re looking for a solution to manage your personal contacts across all social media platforms this is the tool for you. It solves the simple problem - how to stay in contact with people that matter. For those in business with a LinkedIn account the Google integration makes the contact process streamlined. I researched many apps but this is the best and fully recommend it with a five star rating.
In some ways great, in others terrible
Great concept but without two way syncing it just makes a mess in my contacts and deduper/sync still a long way to go… made a mess in my contacts that I’m still trying to recover from
Useless
Why make a mobile app if you have to use a computer along with the app?!
Defeats the whole “mobile app” idea huh?
Nearly Awesome
Amazing app. I’ll make it 5 stars once the card scanner works without crashing my iPhone and tags are added on the mobile app. I use tags heavily but mobile doesn’t allow you to see or add them yet. Overall, this is a great solution though for personal relationship management.
Incredible app!
Dex is everything I wanted an more! It made it so easy to keep up with everything. It’s has powerful tools a sales CRM has but without the focus on sales. Managing my network has never been so easy!!!
Too glitchy right nos
So much promise, but too much failure in execution. I have lots of locations for my contacts - so I was very much looking forward to syncing. The app couldn’t find duplicates very easily - and then merging often failed. Even navigating the list of contacts doesn’t always work. Maybe someday - but not sure this is worth the time investment for shaky functionality.
Good idea but poor functionality
This app is full of flaw, the LinkedIn sync function is a good idea but it never went well. It’s extreme slow when key in information. And the team is slow on development
Awesome app, poor functionality.
The software itself is awesome in concept but the app functions very poorly. All data is cloud based which causes slow response times for basically all actions performed in the app. Fix bugs and speed up the app and this is a 5 star app.
Perfect except for the loading and syncing
Update: Sadly, I canceled my subscription. The other reviews were spot on. Until the glitches are fixed, it’s not worth using. And I worked with a rep to go over the glitches, paid for an annual subscription, and tried to stick it out. I loved every feature but until the app actually works, what’s the point of paying for it?
Original: I bought the annual subscription a couple days ago and I’m already debating if I should have. For $13 a month, it’s my most expensive app and it’s so slow. As I’m typing this, I’m staring at a blank screen on my Mac, waiting for it to load. EVERY update, even an address change, takes a few seconds to save. Syncing across devices takes a few minutes. I deleted a group twice on my iPhone and it keeps reappearing.
I love the features though which is why I’m still giving it 4 stars! Like being able to add all my email accounts to one place, seeing connections between people, having a wide range of activity types, a Home Screen that gives me a high level timeline, clean UI, easy to navigate…it’s perfect in every way. Just wish it would load and sync faster.
Thank you!!!
I rarely write reviews but this app is the best thing that has ever happened to my work life.
I field dozens of unique contacts a week and am so grateful to the developers for creating a system that helps me navigate my work life.
5 stars all day
