Hopefully y’all carry on in the founders wisdom and not your own youthfulness. Seems like some of the old deals Dad made are falling through. Prove us wrong by honoring his handshake deals.

Subscribed for one month to watch our local rodeo. App did not work at all.

3 months of access and suddenly no access on phone or Roku tv. Keep getting pop up’s to get a subscription. Have yet to find anyway to get customer service.

I have paid for a subscription and states good until 8/15/24 but yet I can’t watch any live rodeos! No phone number to call of course.

I paid for my subscription and then never could get logged in to watch any events. And never could get in touch with anyone at the Cowboy Channel to try and resolve the login issue. Not happy and will not us service again once I finally get this useless subscription stopped.

Stop notifying me about the rodeos

Keeps saying I have an active account but won’t let me play anything due to needing a form of payment. However when I go to form of payment it tells me my account is already activated.

The content on the Cowboy Channel plus app is great but the video player is archaic. It is difficult to ffw & rwd. If I exit a vod and then return, the video starts at the beginning.

Very bad , losing shows 10 to 15 times and having to reboot to get it back. Arena feeds quit repeatedly and the layout of what’s on and when is confusing. Need to put assets on having good internet and streaming on what you have on rather than trying to have hundreds of different channels at same time on, to much on messes up everything and can’t see anything when it quits and drops out all the time.

Doesn’t work well. Goes down when you don’t want it to. Livefeeds don’t work half the time.
