Worst customer service ever

Texas&TN on

I have a current annual subscription for the Cowboy Channel Plus, which hasn’t worked for the past two weeks. On 12/09/24 my Dad was visiting and I was troubleshooting the app trying to get it to work and out of the blue as I’m logging in, it charges me another annual subscription fee. This is like $110 and my current one is good until August. I have emailed, stayed on hold forever, left voicemails since 12/10/2024 and haven’t had one response back.

The cowboy channel + app are crooks.

I paid for the NFR package, no NFR coverage was sent to my app, app wasn’t updated but I was charged. I have called their customer service line close to twenty times and never spoke with anyone and my messages to have someone return my calls never occurred.

Awful Customer Service

JoshMaziarz on

United States

If you have any issues with the app, your options for help are non existent. I paid for the nfr package this year but my app didn’t give me access. They took and kept my money, but the app never updated to let me watch. I called their support line and requested a call back three times and never got one. I also sent about 5 emails throughout the duration of the nfr and received no response. I’m currently working with my bank to cancel and return the funds. Cowboy channel is doing a lot for the sport and the lifestyle, but there is no support for customers.

Multi useful

I like the ability of this app that you’re able to track, follow and view the standings at multiple rodeos or barrel races without having to locate them online.

Worst streaming app ever

Trying to Watch the NFR and I was better off getting direct TV

NFR

AngryHorseGirl on

United States

Every year they have streaming issues, now closed captions can’t be turned off and it covers half the contestant results they post. Makes the experience awful.. not renewing next year. Might as well just follow the results online

It is a scam

Slim shady2495 on

Can’t cancel the subscription after I found out it did not include the NFR. Scam central.

Love the content when you can see it!

Daddylee719 on

I purchase this each year, mainly to watch the NFR, but the app isn’t user friendly at all and the video glitches all the time and buffers. It seems the quality isn’t important to the producers.

It’s primitive when trying to upgrade.

Job Search100411 on

Twice now I’ve upgraded to an annual membership to gain access to watch the National Finals Rodeo. Both times they took my money but still shows monthly and no access. Was 2 years ago the first time this happened and you would think it would be resolved. Not so and frustrating. Programming is great. Technically not so much.
