Every thing was okay until..
My cozmo doesn’t weak up every time i used it i will wake up but now he just won’t wake up plis someone help me in his faces its says COZMO 01 pls if anyone know how to fix him??

COZMO TURN OFF ONLY
I am delighted with the re-design and new appearance in the COZMO app but since installing that update, COZMO shuts down for no reason whatsoever, is doing some activity and only disconnects the Wi-Fi network when it is turned off ... Cozmo Battery is in Good Condition and Charged so I discard that it is a mistake Hardware ... I hope your help as soon as possible! Thanks Anki, keep working 😘

Are you serious right now?
First of all, I’ve only had Cozmo for like four days and then now he won’t connect to the app I tried everything but he won’t connect I have to use my tablet. to use Cozmo, but my tablet lags a lot so I can’t play with Cozmo anymore please please can someone fix this bug

I have had Cozmo for years. He is a beloved little robot to my 12 year old self. The app could maybe have some more features. I will think about some.

Dear ANKI, I am sad you closed I hope that some day you come back stronger than ever! I wish I got to feel the enjoyment of opening cosmos for the very first time and taking off the plastic but we can no longer experience that feeling. I just got my first cosmo today and was very sad that I couldn’t have that experience. I was lucky enough to find all the parts in the kit. I hope some old employees of ANKI read this and I put a smile on their face 🥲 goodbye ANKI I hope this find you well. Goodbye new cosmos🥲.

Well we all know that are cozmos don’t work I think but Anki went out of business and ever since I don’t think Cozmo will work they only way we can get our cute lil guy back is if we buy a new one if you have the one owned by Anki then.. y’all gotta buy the new one Anyways I just heard digital dream labs owns Anki so old Cozmo people buy the one from digital dream labs maybe he’ll work this time
