App notification does not refresh by itself
The number of notification is still appear at top RHS of the app icon even though all messages are read.

Why so many updates that don’t do anything?
App spends more time updating than being updated? Why does it require an update every time it’s being used?

No persistent session or notifications
The app doesn't remember you. Once you close the app, you have to login again. And there is no notification of any deduction.
App cannot open
After update IOS 18 software cannot open app ! Pls check and update .thanks

Couldn’t sign in to the app. Kindly look into the matter.
Unhelpful
Used to have contribution history option to download via the app but Ive to use their lousy website now that hides that option in ab obscure tab I also need to use the website to top up CPF Medisave so what use is this app?
Notification Reminder Remains
Please resolve the issue of having the reminder (red notification) removed as I have looked at every option but the reminder stayed on and did not disappear. I see someone else reporting the same issue here. Please have your IT team resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.
Cannot use app to log in
I was trying to log into my cpf using the app as I always do but SingPass QR code did not appear. I try quite a number of time, even reinstalling the app but same issue. Thankfully I can use the website to log in. Please rectify
