Always Signs Me Out

Every time I go on the app, it logs me out of my account and it makes me have to login again. Sometimes the app lags too.

Love the site but not the app

Can't even use the app because it keeps telling me that tracking access is required but can't let them access in settings. Basically useless app for me:( sad because i LOVE this store with all my hearts.

why is this

this is the only app that has ever required me to activate tracking in my phone’s confidentiality settings to work. I don’t know why it wants this, but I don’t like it and it’s unnecessary. only reason I got the app is that the site won’t load on my phone, but I think I’m just gonna browse on computer or find another site…

the app lags and i cant even register in as a new user, app needs lots of rework

Pretty much unusable:(

Look, I love Crazy Factory, but this app doesn’t load up properly, it logs you out when you leave the app, and I can’t do a thing on it. I was excited to try the app, but the website is 110% more convenient, and that is no exaggeration.

Pain to use

There’s no back button so you have to put all your filters back in and scroll all the way back down every time you want to close an item page

keeps logging me out

why would u make an app ,where you need to be ON THE APP to track ur package, log users out like every single time the app is closed? that’s the most annoying thing ever.

I ordered stuff mad long ago over 20 days I guess u can say still nothing an because they lack on tracking this shouldn't be world wide as u need to be abble to track an wach order or they may never show up like mine did I won’t out any more money into this place just cuz that Idc if u don’t mind no tracking it should be something they do if u want free shipping cool hit em with standers but what bout those who act like an need to know if it’s stuck/ or never comeing just a money loss I guess
