Muy buena atención al cliente
Hice un pedido de 3 piezas y una de ellas venía con un pequeño defecto. Envié un correo y me respondieron al instante diciendo que me enviaban esa misma pieza de nuevo. Piercings con muy buena calidad y preciosos.
Mal funcionamiento
Me he descargado la aplicación para poder comprar y estar mas cómodo que en la página web, pero me doy cuenta que la App no me permite iniciar cesión si no autorizo al rastreo y seguimiento de la aplicación, me parece muy mal porque si no quiero hacerlo debería dejarme hacer mis compras etc como las demás aplicaciones en general, espero que algún día lo puedan solucionar y también te eliminas las cosas del carrito :) Muchas Gracias Un saludo
No funciona bien
Va muy retrasado y se bugea mucho solo

NO TE DEJA COMPRAR,NI HACER NADA. NO OS PENSÉIS NI UN MOMENTO SI INSTALARLA NI OS PENSÉIS EN COMPRAR ALGO AQUÍ. DOY UNA ESTRELLA PORQUE NO SE PUEDE ENVIAR EL COMENTARIO SIN PONER AUNQUE SEA UNA.
Buenos productos, app malísima
Llevo años comprando en la página web porque tienen mucha variedad y a buen precio, pero la app es penosa en el funcionamiento: es lenta, se bloquea enseguida, aunque te dé la opción de iniciar sesión de varias maneras, la única que medio funciona es metiendo email y contraseña y aunque lo pongas para recordar nunca se guarda, además que siempre que sales de la app tienes que volver a iniciar sesión, algo que tienes que hacer varias veces porque se cierra sola la app. Esto hasta con movil nuevo. Lo demás está bien, algo mejorable pero no está mal, pero creo que por las cosas anteriores le tienen que dar una buena vuelta a la app.

Antes te dejaba iniciar usuario aun que cuando te salías de la App se quitaba y perdías todo lo de la cesta, ahora es que no deja ni iniciar sesión, deberíais arreglarlo por que se pierde todo y es una faena.
Los productos y el trato maravilloso
El problema es que la App se reinicia y pierdes tu usuario y los productos de l cesta. En ese aspecto es una gran faena 😭

Se reinicia sola constantemente, y se borran los usuarios y las cestas. La app en si, va lenta.
Obligatorio permitir ubicación
Me parece fatal que para poder utilizar una App de compras, tengas que permitir obligatoriamente el seguimiento de ubicación. Una pena.
