My K1 won’t show in the app even though it is coupled.
Defekt
Es ist unverständlich das ein Defekt durch ein Foto/Video mitgeteilt wird und dieser zu 100% ersichtlich ist man zu einem Techniker weiter geleitet wird. Auf diesen muss man dann auch noch 3-5 Tage warten und das ganze hin und her auch nochmals 5 Tage. Nur um raus zu finden das man recht hat und das Teil defekt ist und einem dann Ersatz zugesendet wird auf das auch nochmals eine bestimmte Zeit gewartet werden muss. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
Pretty buggy app
- Resin printer shows up with bed temperature and nozzle temp - Would be helpful, if you invest some money for a real translator instead using ugly translations apps. The German translation is useless, not adequate anymore in 2023. - Transfer to printer always fails due to a download error - also the Halot Box OSX app is pretty buggy compared to the older version. Definitely a downgrade instead of improvement.

Ads, ads, ads and once again ads
What is wrong with you guys?why do you advertise this application as a tool for your printers when there are so many ads in there? If you want to make an ad store then go ahead and do it, just keep this application clean.
Werbe-Terror überall
Es ist schlicht eine Frechheit wie sehr diese App mit Werbung nervt. Sie ist ohnehin schon kein Highlight bezüglich Übersichtlichkeit und Usability, aber das konstante Einblenden von Werbung stört enorm. In der ganzen App wird man davon verfolgt. Das muss abgestellt werden, damit kann ich nicht ernsthaft arbeiten.
Add device does not work
The buttons Add Creality Box, Creality Box 2.0, Sonic pad do not work. So at the end it is not possible to connect the device with the app

Spam Notifikationen
Nach langem warten ist die App SonicPad Kompatibel. Aber die App ist mir dennoch nicht mehr als 1 Stern wert. Schlechte Übersetzung ins Deutsche. Und SEHR viel unnütze Werbung. Die App könnte besser „Creality Selling App“ heißen. Auch sonst ist diese App sehr überladen und unübersichtlich. Update: Die App habe ich jetzt gelöscht.
