This app works reasonably well 40% of times when on good Wi-Fi, but the 60% that does not work is frustrating. I lost count how many times I downloaded a full course to watch later in a trip to find out it won’t work offline, won’t start or only presents audio. Sometimes it happens online too. Combine this with a costly subscription and it becomes more frustrating. To give some credit, the content is really good and when it works it is a great learning platform. Ironing these issues out and they will have a clear winner here.

Doesn’t work
The app just does not work. I've tried several times restarting the tablet, reinstalling the app, logging in, everything I've been guided but it's an off line fiasco. I download all the classes but the app automatically starts classes out of sequence. frustrated
