Creativelive has amazing content, but the app is so bad and without substantial updates for so long. The offline viewing does not work and user experience is really frustrating. Yes, you may download videos for offline viewing – to be exact, you may download videos only one by one, not the whole course by single click! —, but I was not able to play downloaded content offline reliably, what I really need as I learn when I commute to studio usually without good wifi signal. Also the management of downloaded content is implemented under the expectations. There is no solution to see and manage your downloads from one place, like delete all the downloads for the selected course. Again, you can delete videos one by one from the opened course only, or delete the whole app and data. I am quite disappointed and unable to enjoy my Creator Pass as I would like. For commuters who are not online with good internet signal all the time and need to use downloaded videos for offline viewing, I cannot recommend this app and service. Please make the app user experience for offline viewing better.
