About Aaron Blaise:

Aaron has over 35 years of professional art experience. He was hired by Walt Disney Feature Animation in 1989 and spent 21+ years helping create films such as: "Beauty & The Beast", "Pocahontas", "Mulan" and more. During his time at Disney, Aaron designed and animated numerous animal and human characters.

Good app

I’m learning to do a lot of art and animation recently. This app has really helped me improve and I love all the resources!

V2.0 is great

I have been using the old app for about a year and found it decent enough. The update is a vast improvement. It remembers where you were in a video, it helps access current courses. Would…I am recommending it if you have any of the Creature Art Teacher courses.

Prices through the app are NOT the same as via website

Be aware, if you use the app to purchase any courses you might find that they are MUCH cheaper via the website if they are on offer. The app seems to only have the full price no matter what the website says. Selling things for 2 different prices depending on how you’re connected is a con. For example right now the Charcoal drawing course is $5 on the website, I just went to purchase it on the app - $29.99! Disgraceful business practice. Nobody wants to be cheated out of the current cheaper price. Also, the app interface is clumsy and messy and just not a nice experience. The website isn’t much better either I’m sorry to say

Pretty easy to navigate, but no option to subscribe within the app

I really wish there was an option to subscribe to membership within the app and it is the one obvious disappointment with this app for me.

Brilliant app!

I’m relearning to draw animals both traditionally and digitally, and this app is just what I need. The courses are easy to follow and very informative. I’m particularly pleased that Procreate classes are now being included too. Only thing I have issue with is I’ve forgotten my password and nowhere on the app allows you to change it. Can someone help please?

Decent app!

Good app so far! Seems responsive, and it’s easy to navigate. Make sure you don’t have your device on Do Not Disturb, or the audio won’t play. My only complaints are really small stuff, like the UI feeling a bit dated. But the videos are playing at high quality, and it’s easy to look through my courses!

Sound problems

The app itself is great but there is no sound in the videos :(
