Terrible and time wasting
Had to register a second account because it didn’t recognise my log in. Doesn't direct to correct location - still showing up in Pounds and different stock to the Australian website.
Needs more functions
Cannot filter products, cannot track or even view purchases made through appt… website is much better.
Discount is a lie
Downloaded to get 15% discount. Checked terms and conditions and did everything correct. Footwear only, no jibitz or socks. Still won’t work.
App doesn’t work

I was chatting with a team member & was rudely cut off because I didn’t respond within 1 minute, however I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes. Doesn’t make sense to me. My questions had not been answered fully
