Short, intensive workouts
I love the intensive short exercises, but i don’t always understand how the exercise is supposed to be done correctly and lose my momentum when i have to watch the explanatory video also. All in all, good training!

Sehr Abwechslungsreiche und effektiv ich würde mir so eine tolle App auch mal auf Deutsch wünschen!
Nice and simple app to use.
Even better if the recording of weight didn’t have to be done manually but was coming from Apple Health
Quite Useful ... but ...
Would be helpful if weight could be entered in either lb or kilos (kg) - for the non-US/UK world ... Time to calculate back and forth could be better invested in exercising 😉
