The best workout I’ve ever had
It is so useful because I lost a lot of calories and I started to gain sixpacks and it was fun doing it in the meanwhile the best workout ever

Great first workout. Clear instructions and exercises. Do able for any age or ability .
Decent app - but bad experience
This really is a good app when it works. That said I paid upfront £28.99 for an annual subscription in September. 6 months into the subscription I was charged a further £44.99 to continue using it. Apple refunded the new fee, but couldn’t do anything with the half year’s subscription that was still owing (apparently a contract/agreement means nothing). I’ve tried contacting the company twice with no response. I can’t believe I’m the only one who has had this experience. Very disappointing.

Great workouts
I have recently downloaded this app and the exercises are great and i am following them day by day, has reminders when you want to set your work out for. I started with beginner and i am very new to it and I am absolutely in love with it.
