Constantly asking to input email and password even though the biometrics are ticked. Stake issues for Supercharger that was reported but not fixed it after long time

Spend less on marketing and more on quality and control

Might be an idea to spend less on flashy F1 and NBA sponsorships and more on actually making the apps work at a reasonable speed. There is no excuse for telling me I have an unavailable funds for a trade when I clearly don’t. How can the app both see how much crypto I have and yet tell me I don’t have enough. This is ridiculous. An absolute joke, you think new investors will use this system in the next bull run? Probably not. And then theirs the dodgy “proof of reserve” fiasco. Honestly I won’t even be sad if CDC declare bankruptcy. It’s written on the walls at this rate.

Using on an iPhone and it would be really great if the text could be larger, the wallet app is better but apart from that a great app

Order History Missing

Hi, it would be great if you could put the order history button back at the bottom of the spot orders page. Unless you can tell me some other way of seeing it?

Locked out at home screen

This is an infuriating app to use, I’ve been using the crypto.com app for a few years now without too many problems so signed up with the Crypto Exchange app. Tried to use it today and it disables my fingerprint sign in and demands email and password which I enter, then it requests the passcode which it emailed to me which happens to be 6 digits long but only displays 3 digits on the screen so I enter 3 digits but that is wrong, so I paste the 6 in to be told they are wrong, then it wants 2FA code which I type in and it says they are wrong - bear in mind it only displays 3 boxes NOT 6. Then I discover I have to scroll the entire screen left to display the remaining 3 boxes. What an insane system. Anyway I try it all again only to receive the message my 5 attempts are wrong so have to wait 5 minutes before retrying! You know what, I can’t be bothered with this stupidity when there are other exchanges out there that just work better like Binance, sorry Crypto but your system is utter crap! Developer will no doubt say contact support but then you have to get through reams of security before they will discuss anything for what is a mundane task. Why on Earth don’t you have all 6 boxes together on the login screen and why do you keep disabling iPhone ID, surely if the person has the phone and logged in then why put up more barriers, the passwords are stored on the cloud so why all this paranoid crap? Like I said, why bother, just use another exchange that is actually better. Sorry Crypto but you had your chance and you blew it.

Withdrawal button is stuck, so not a lot of use.

Nearly 24hrs since my deposit of USDT and still pending. I love crypto.com but I’m thinking of swapping to Binance coz this is ridiculous. Be careful

Buggy

The app doesn’t load after logging in. There’s only a loading UI and can’t interact with anything in the app. It happens most of the time. Can’t use it seamlessly. Please Fix and then get 4 more stars.
