Very bad
Withdrawals to native Cronos chain take hours to complete! i almost got liquidated! Support too 1 and half hour to respond to me saying they do not know why and that withdrawal may take days?!? are you kidding me?? I will never use this exchange again, it is not Tier1 exchange, very unprofessional. Use Binance, Coinbase, FTX or KuCoin do not even bother to download this App.

Unreliable Application
A lot of time sell or buy crypto button doesn’t work, even after touching that for multiple times. Also, spot trading screen doesn’t load data most of the times.
Horrible customer service
Issues are never solved and customer service are like robots. Everyone repeats the same script.
Canadian users
I have been a investor on Crypto.com exchange it’s good beyond the fact that I get a message that comes up telling me to answer a limit on my account due to Canadian LAWS . This has happened now 4 months in when I have answered this at the account sign up process 4 months ago and I received the account on exchange. Hoping you can figure out what is going on and why I get this message . I haven’t even come close to the limit yet so why I’m receiving this msg again with a error and not being able to use exchange is quite frustrating process.
