CSC GO

This company’s machine’s break down regularly and responsiveness is non-existent. The UI is terrible. They have stolen money from me and wasted so much time. If your apartment complex or laundromat uses CSC, run. I wish I could rate it lower than one star.

My new apartment complex has these machines, and they’ve been very frustrating and horrible overall. The time left is rarely accurate, the machines it says are available often aren’t, and they often don’t refund money when the machines are clearly broken. I tried using a machine with a broken latch and it wouldn’t start work. Another machine didn’t have any water flowing into it. Both refund requests were denied. I set two repair tickets, and despite a technician being there within two days, neither was actually fixed. I’m going back to the neighborhood laundromat. Two stars because they actually have worked a few times.

This app never works and in an apartment complex with shared laundry there’s only so many open windows to wash your stuff. However 30% of the time this app never works and unsure if it’s my building or default for this app but there’s not another way to pay for laundry. So I’m usually stuck waiting around a day or 2 (with the rest of my building) for it to get fixed. Would avoid ever having to use this service if I could.

All forces a minimum on the amount you can add to wallet. This means there is always a balance. Why can’t I just pay the cost of the machine at that moment like I can I. The website? Why force me to load a wallet?

Nothing ever works

Once you pay you cannot change the settings even if you haven’t pressed start yet.

The app itself is sort of convenient but I’ve gotten charged twice for one use multiple times which really does take the convenience part of the app away.

Love the convenience of not having to go to the bank to get coins.
