Steals my money every fourth time I try to use these waching machines. Despicable company

These machines are totally unreliable! So frustrating.

Doesnt dry clothes loaded 30% of the capacity!! Im not satisfied with your machine! :(:(

Okay, just bc I LIVE on a government subsidized property. DOES NOT mean I don’t pay regular market rent, even if I didn’t, the machines should at the least, get a really good cleaning . A deep cycle cleaning. There’s gunk all inside the rubbers, one doesn’t close well, they are full of dirt, lint, hair. And it doesn’t really get clothes that clean. I’m sure there’s bacteria, etc. the dryers too. Why doesn’t someone come do a deep cycle wash/clean. And the dryers? I don’t know what y’all do to clean those, but come on. Besides that, half the time they don’t work, they have gone up in price, and what if I can’t use my card?? I should be able to use coins if I need to. It’s just a mess. And the app isn’t accurate about the machines use. I only write reviews if I’m so very happy, or so very disappointed. We know it’s not the former!

I hate this way of paying for service and you keep raising the prices on crappy machines.

Machines take your money more than they wash or dry. Takes almost $20 to wash and dry two small loads.

This app will send annoying random marketing notifications to do laundry for no reason and there’s no way to turn it off without blocking notifications completely. If you do that, you won’t get the one notification you need — the one telling you your laundry is done! In addition, at my complex washers and dryers are $2/load, but the minimum payment is $5. If you don’t plan out your final laundry loads VERY carefully, they will steal money from you. Unfortunately when drying my final load I had $1 and need $2, so I had to add $5 and that last dry load cost me $6. Another incredibly annoying thing is that, once you pay for a load, you can not change the settings even if you haven’t yet hit start, so look very closely at what the last person punched in and double check before you pay. If you are unlucky enough to pay for settings that are incompatible with what you want to wash (hot water,etc) all you can do is eat the cost and let the machine run its course. There does not appear to be any way to cancel. I don’t know if this company also maintains the machines or if they just sell their app, but the machines had issues and were dirty and poorly maintained. I’m thrilled to no longer have to deal with this app or those machines anymore.
