Piece of junk app and equipment

App doesn’t work. Can’t submit a machine ID that doesn’t work nor request a refund. What’s the point of having an app unless it’s used to gather info of users who are lead to believe it will aid them.

Once a machine has been reported broken you can’t report it again, so if the repair people are taking their sweet time getting to it you just have to sit tight and hope they’re on it at all. For the longest time I couldn’t even report issues because this system recognized my dryer as a washer… and no my dryer didn’t have any overflow problems… just a disgrace is what this company is

Will only process one refund request at a time, and takes forever to do it, but every time I do laundry I lose $ on at least one machine. Ridiculous but no one cares because only poor people have to use these things.

Bryce set my washing machine on fire! The app made it worse and now I am covered in 3rd degree burns!

Offer no customer service. Steals my money and doesn’t do anything about it. Super cheap and slow pay station. I paid the station then it went off wifi for an half hour and ate my money. So I tried again, and it ate my money and went offline again. Washers also smells like rotten eggs..
