Two stars is being generous. If I could give them just one and a half I would. And that would go simply to the ease of use WHEN the washer/dryer A. Connects, B. Works and isnt out of order, C. You were refunded when it does connect, doesnt work but DOES take your money. I’ve lost over $9 And I think I got one refund for two dollars but honestly I can’t even remember. I know I’m in the hall for close to 10 bucks. I’ve sent multiple requests for refunds that are months old and have no response. That’s just poor business.
Awful machines constantly glitching, awful app not allowing refunds A YEAR LATER because a previous refund “hasn’t been processed yet” FIX YOUR BROKEN MACHINES!!
I will put extra money on the app so I can have money to watch if I need to do so in the middle of the week and I have to worry about if I have enough money or not and the first I wasn’t sure but I am that the money has been disappearing I put $10 on my app to wash I used 1.50 and another 1.25 to dry. wish left me would about $7.25 on my account. It locked me out the account and I tried my hardest to log back in. It finally got back in to only 4 dollars on my account and I said OK I’m when to go washing when I went to the laundry unit I clicked on the app. It dropped down from 4 dollars to 2.50. There’s nothing I can do about it but money has been disappearing. my apartment complex only uses this app if I could pay with quarters I would because I don’t like this app at all.
Even when the washers & dryers don't
I have had two instances where the dryer has taken my money without drying my clothes. And I mean not dried them at all. I get that these machines get used a lot and need repairs. Not a big deal, HOWEVER I requested a refund for one cycle that didn’t work MONTHS ago and its still pending. I have a second one from the same day that I can’t put in because the first one is still pending (they can only handle one at a time apparently) and I have another request from today for my two wasted dryer cycles. I thought the first one just didn't dry enough. Its happens. But no, I set it to high for 45 minutes and came down to soaking wet clothes. I figured Id have better luck on the phone only to have an automated voice messenger tell me to call back during normal business hours 6:30am-7pm Mon-Fri. I called at 5:38pm on a Monday. This is a joke. I’m going to go to the laundry mat down the street where I don’t need this stupid app and their machines actually work.
Terrible
It was fine while I used it. User friendly. Easy to load amount and start laundry. Once I moved and no longer needed the app, everything became a challenge. The refund option in the app never did anything for me. I tried multiple times and waited for weeks until I emailed customer service, who said it’ll take 5-7 days. I waited a few more weeks. It’s now been months and I still haven’t been refunded or heard from a customer service rep since. Unsure why it takes so long or why it has to be so difficult to get MY money back. UPDATE: It took over 6 months, but finally got my money refunded.
good app sometimes washer doesnt start
This company has engaged in so many layers of fraud w accounts and refunds—and not allowing you to reset passwords to obtain access to your account balance to use it. They instead stop you from resetting p/w w your email - and only if you signed up w email - and instead, KEEP YOUR BALANCE. They answer no emails, no phone calls are answered or they go to unresolved bin and you never hear from them again. Initiating lawsuit against them for theft and fraud b/c there are SO MANY people they’ve stolen from and they are all over the place. Filing police report first, Apple has report of their practices, and atty ready to file and will be contacting multiple people to see if they want representation in our area alone. Company needs shut down.
