App can’t find internet on either cell or wifi, kinda useless. If you’re going to make an app make it work!

Ok but I think the machines need more water as the soap does not rinse out mist of the time

The application worked the 1st time we downloaded it. After we tried again and we kept in getting “no internet connection”. After reloading and changing machines and floors about 6 times we stopped trying. Calling customer service is also very frustrating. Wait time was 10 minutes and I waited 25 minutes before an agent answered. I was told they would get back to me which they have not. More then a whole day later and we still have not been able to use the application. We can’t even get to choose an option. Terrible application, terrible service!!!!

Can’t login no matter what type of account

So easy to use the laundry facilities with the app. Took me a bit to figure how to add my charge account (credit card) but once I figured that out it’s been super easy.

i need to use this for my school or i can’t pay for my laundry. i have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, updating it, logging in and out, ect. i literally cannot do my laundry. i’m borrowing my roommates clothes, and seeing if i can get other people to get it for me if i pay them. do not download this, and do not use this as a system for ANY school, hotel, laundromat, ect. it is a waste of time and money

Your système is buzzy

Won’t connect to the machines right in front of me. I get the spinning wheel and nothing else. It use to work great but now it’s dead. How do I get the 16$ still sitting in my account ?

I have lost money as well do not download it. I have sent an email to CSC mobile and have got no reply.
