Description

The ČSOB Smart Key will make it easier for you to log in and confirm payments in internet banking, as well as card payments in e-shops, or remote verification when calling the Infoline or a bank branch. You don't have to wait for a confirmation SMS and then rewrite the code from it. With the Smart Key, notifications will pop up immediately and you will confirm the request with a Face ID, fingerprint, or numerical PIN.

Hruza

Priserna aplikace, ktera z niceho nic prestane fungovat a reaktivace je nemozna. Jsem kvuli teto aplikaci naprosto neschopny pristoupit ke svym financim v CSOB. Napriklad Moneta a Fio to maji vyresene mnohem lepe.

Reliable and convenient

Safe, secure and reliable app that enables me to authorize payments in CSOB environment without nees of sms re-typing. App used to crash, but not anymore. New design looks ok to me.

Nefunkcni prihlaseni

Pri prihlaseni do internetoveho banklvnictvi aplikace hlasi, ze je potreba nainstalovat a aktitovat smart klic. Smart klic nainstalovany a aktivovany je.

Fix the payment authorization!

The old version was amazing, but this one crashes all the time. The authorizations don't go through. Whenever I want to authorize a payment I need to restart the app to be able to load. I hope that this issue gets fixed. Very annoying...

Crashing all the time :-(

After last update the app is always crashing when authorizing transaction by fingerprint. I have to launch app for the next transaction again and again. I am running this app on my iPhone 7 Plus powered by iOS 10.3.3. Hope fix will come soon.

Well done app, much appreciate the comfort. I really hated those SMS keys with passion and thanks to this they are a thing of the past. Feature request - could the PIN be replaced with a fingerprint scan please for even faster authorizations?

Skvělá app

Pracuje rychle, spolehlivě. Má slušné uživatelské prostředí. Dobře se s ní utrácejí peníze. Přivítal bych zvukovou notifikaci došlých a odchozích plateb. Nastavení notifikace dle doporučení vývojáře mám již od samého začátku, oznámení funguje, ale beze zvuku.

Funkční a “user friendly”

Za roky používání jsem s appkou neměl žádný problém.. Oznámení vyskočí, nikdy se mi nesekla nebo nespadla 🤙🏻

Proč je třeba 2 aplikace v telefonu?

Ostatní banky zvládají i 1 aplikaci, je to velmi nepohodlné mít 2 a navíc zabírá zbytečně místo jak na ploše, tak v paměti.

Hrůza

Aplikace nefunguje. Pri zadani platby se sice otevre, abych platbu potvrdil, ale nevidim zadny request. Po chvili skoci zpet do CSOB aplikace a vypise se chyba. Takhle uz to udelalo asi 10x. Obcas se stane, ze se request zobrazi. Kazdopadne nemam cas kazdou platbu resit 10 minut nez se to nahodou povede. Prechazim k jine bance, protoze tohle je hruza.
