Worst app, worst product
What a garbage product and garbage app. F for fail
Just Rubbish
Bad news is if your looking at the app comments you probably bought the device already. I bought one it wouldn’t connect. Customer service said there had been a bad batch and sent me another one. It worked briefly but has stopped. The phone won’t connect when the device is just inches below it. It’s not going to save you from a flat battery.
Labeling Error
This seems to work just fine but the graph labels/titles for temperature and voltage are the wrong way around - swapped with each other. Please correct and release a software update.
Good product
Desperately needs an update takes 10 attempts and restarts to actually get it work and only work sometimes
No connection
Same try to connect the sense with the app, failed to connect several time!!!! Not good, wast of money
Rubbish App, Rubbish Product, Rubbish Service
Have three Battery Sense Devices. Had to replace iPhone, App migrated over fine, but would not connect. Un-installed App, Re-installed App, physically disconnected all devices, waited more than 30 seconds before physically re-connecting to batteries. Checked Bluetooth settings on iPhone, booted App, attempted to detect as new devices on a clean install, all three failed to connect. An utter waste of $450 of kit all only 10 months old... Would STRONGLY advise to avoid this particular CTEK product. The battery chargers are fine as by and large they don’t use or require apps. Heck even the link to CTEK on this app listing takes you to a Page Not Found message... PATHETIC... WET.... LAME AS F
Won’t go on latest update still!! iOS
Phone initially sees the sensor but won’t connect!!! Frustrating af
App won’t load
Was working fine until the latest update now just freezes and won’t load. Paid good money for the product and now useless without the app working please sort it out
