I ordered this online… downloaded the app and start the process as per instructed. Before I do so and see all this negative comment so I paid attention to the process before agree to the term. Not sure the app asked for FULL access to camera/ album so choose DISAGREE and deleted the app. Total waste of time and money.

Gift from aunt. It doesn’t work. Can’t even locate the device from the app so no point in using this!

I bought four of these for myself and more for friends for Christmas presents. Now I know why they aren’t talking to me! The trackers are complete garbage. The batteries are already out on 2 of the 4. Of the 2 left only one works. The other just flashes a message that connection is lost. Spend s few $ extra and go with Tile.

I wish I could rate this app zero stars. I have a phone that is says it will work with yet it doesnt. I go into the app and I can’t even connect or change any settings. Either update the software or else

I bought four of these for my kids and can’t get them to connect to the app. The connect button doesn’t do anything. Disappointed.

The idea is really good and the app has a very nice and user friendly lay out, but the app does not save your iTag devices and you need to re-find and connect them again when the app is launched

I ordered the key tags n waited so long only to receive this piece of garbage, when I turn off the app n turn it in again it tells me there r no devices available I mean doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of this product, ITs supposed to find the stuff when we can't find it but how will that happen if the app cannot even locate the device or am I suppose to keep the app running in the back ground all the time , that sucks !!!!!!

The range is absolutely awful you can’t go more than 10 feet away from the tracker or else it will disconnect. And occasionally it will just disconnect for no reason.
