What a hinderance to local Taxis looking to compete with UBER. Whole process was screwed up and kept saying that I was using a VPN and wouldn’t verify my number(I wasn’t using VPN). Stop trying to act all secure when you are killing your user base, especially when the app tries to tell you what you are doing wrong and throws incorrect errors. Get rid of your programming director.

Doesn’t work for travellers in the country with a non US number

I signed up but can’t pay for a ride until my phone number is verified. But I have a Canadian cell number so when I try to verify it says it cannot be used outside of the US which I’m not since I’m travelling here in LA. So it’s useless for me.

Won’t work for Canadians

In New York city downloaded the app. Won’t verify my phone number. Because I am using my Canadian number it keeps telling me the app is not supported in Canada. Because I can’t verify number it won’t work. Price of crap, why is it in the Canadian App Store

Haven’t taken a ride yet, but was able to sign up.

CURB suspends my account while I was on my way to the airport.

CURB service is very unreliable, try to avoid it. My account was suspended while I was waiting for pick up to airport.

Can’t use without a US number. Useless for travellers.

I regularly travel to Chicago. This app does not work well in the vicinity of O’Hare. In about 1 in 10 times it has actually worked. Absolute garbage!

Crashes on opening

iPhone 12, iOS 15. Crashes on opening with no error message.

SMS Verification problem!!

Not getting SMS Verification on Canadian phone number. Please fix!!

This app is the worst taxi app I’ve ever seen

It doesn’t let me call or text the driver when I couldn’t find him. After I finished my ride, the driver charged me 30 dollars “out of city” fee, and 20 dollars tip quickly and I didn’t even have time to react.
