Useless
Trying to use in NYC with US phone number doesn’t let you register. No wonder no one uses taxi anymore. No issues with Uber.

Not available to Canadians!!
Crazy stuff. Only when designing a public service app!!! Every private companies can handle worldwide payments !!!
Doesn’t work with Canadian phones, Better use uber, quick and simple
Prices are fine, but the app is so buggy you might as well give use others. I requested for a taxi, and the map that tracked the taxi just gave absolute nonsense information. When I tried to restart the app to reload it, finding an active trip was a hassle, and when I did the entire app based crashed down and I couldn’t use ANY of the functionalities. I then tried to cancel the ride, which ALSO didn’t work. I assumed the taxi cancellation had worked at least, and opened UBER to call for a driver but 5 minutes later the taxi driver showed up. Additionally, I tried to call the taxi driver and they didn’t even pick up so it was genuinely hopeless. DO NOT use the app it is SO underdeveloped. Go use UBER/Lyft because the support at least semi exists over there. Dear developers, PLEASE go hire more swes to fix the damn app before advertising it everywhere… what’s the point of getting one time customer if they would never come back? UPDATE : the driver was so rude and lowkey terrifying as well 😀 do not recommend
You need a US. Phone number or you cannot complete the sign up. Seems short sighted considering how many people travel.
Doesn’t work with Apple Pay or credit cards. Issues with Canadian phones.
Too bad, Does not work with Canadian phones
What a hinderance to local Taxis looking to compete with UBER. Whole process was screwed up and kept saying that I was using a VPN and wouldn’t verify my number(I wasn’t using VPN). Stop trying to act all secure when you are killing your user base, especially when the app tries to tell you what you are doing wrong and throws incorrect errors. Get rid of your programming director.
I signed up but can’t pay for a ride until my phone number is verified. But I have a Canadian cell number so when I try to verify it says it cannot be used outside of the US which I’m not since I’m travelling here in LA. So it’s useless for me.
