The service is good when it works. If, god forbid, an issue happens, you will pull your hair out dealing with their non-responsive support. They incorrectly charged my company card in a different currency. Then refunded it, but not the fees. I got into problems at my company because they couldn’t clean up their mess. It took 2 months for support to help me. They started charging fees for business cards. When I asked for invoice for the fees (for accounting purposes), still 3 weeks later they haven’t sent me one. I wanted to cancel my plan, and the button directed me to the same old non-responsive support chat. I’m now pingig them every day and getting zero answers. All in all - I wouldn’t recommend.
After a month of no issues, Curve Card randomly started declining my charges (Apple Pay, Chip, Online Transactions). At first if Curve Card Apple Pay transactions were to decline, using my physical Curve Card and Chip/Pin would get things working again. However, now all charges get declined now matter if it’s pin, Chip, Apple Pay, tap. To make matters worse, my Curve Card is now locked with no way of unlocking it (“unexpected Error”). My underlining credit works just fine. This is purely on Curve. I reached out to customer support several times. Absolutely no response for weeks. Curve has Zero customer support. If you have problems, don’t expect a fix for almost a month. At first one of the best services, and now a total nightmare. I would pay just to get a response from someone. I’m not the only one with this problem.
I got a refund for 300 euros and it didnt go to my card, it went to curve cash. What the hell i am supposed to do with 300 euros on curve cash drom which i cant withdraw money from. Cant change curve cash currency so the spending transaction fees are huge. Support is nowhere to be found and they didnt reply for 10 days and still counting.
Very easy to use. I want to say Curve have a great support and the resolve my issue fast and safe!
I’ve been trying to resolve my issue for weeks. Finally, they said it’s done and when I logged in nothing has changed. I have the sam issue and can’t get anywhere except the page to buy a card which I cannot buy since I have to add new card for payment.
I am running iOS 16.3.1 on iPhone 12 pro. Error message appears when trying to open the app: “Something’s gone wrong, please try again later.”
Sadly it no longer works
