Fraud detection = embarrassment
Premium Metal Card user, used to be enthousiastic about the Curve but with removing travel insurance and more hickups I’m less enthousiast. Last months I get confronted more and more with in shop transaction declines even after giving in the correct pin due to the fraud detection system.
This I find embarrassing and not a way I want a premium card to function. This should have been smooth card transactions. Fraud detection can be good thing but this is annoying. Can not finish the transaction without having a phone with me to acknowledge via sms.
Cant open the app
App is not opening anymore.. says: something went wrong.
Before that it always workes great
Useless
The idea is great but useless in reality. It is impossible to link any card, and I have tried several. Waste of time really.
Unresponsive support
Although the curve app and service is really good, support is really non existent. There is hardly response and if a response comes.,you don’t receive notifications and likelihood of remembering you even sent a request is only after weeks. Curve, you need to do something about your support.
Great idea but doesn’t support visa pay cards
Hi all - the idea is great but it doesn’t work for basic starting debit cards which limits the usage . I have an ing visa pay card and am not able to add it ? Can that be enabled ??
Terrible if it does not work
When it works, all is good. But when they block you because they need a different ID, well good luck getting your ID confirmed. It’s been over 5 weeks now. Terrible.

Customer service blocks card and never responds
I have been a long time user of Curve Black but customer service went all downhill. It takes many months to get a reply. Sometimes they block your card, well good luck trying to never resolve that. Also beware of refunds on transactions are sometimes not processed correctly to the underlying cards.
Cant sign up, errors everywhere
I tried to sign up and went through facial verification a couple of times and I always got an error of connection missing (while that was not the case). I tried from a different device and there were more errors with infinite loading screens, error validating sms verification codes and retries do not work.
I have been prompted to always provide the email to support while I have not even reached that step yet. Weird bugs, got my data so they better give me an account :)
Subscription are to high
Charge €5 to let you use €500 on a credit card that gives 1% cash back let you with zero savings, invalidating the hole idea of using the credit card.
Charge fees on weekends makes it a worst deal than use a local debit card.
Can’t see any advantages of using the curve.
It was supposed to have €200 free of fee but I was charged, not cool.
