Description
The Zoho Assist - Customer app enables you to receive remote support directly from a trusted technician.
1. With the Zoho Assist - Customer app, you can let technicians look at your iPhone remotely. The first thing you need to do is to request your technician for a remote session.
2. The technician will then send you a nine-digit session key. This is to ensure that each session is safe and secure. Open the Zoho Assist - Customer app and enter the session key.
3. You can then share your screens with the technician at the other end.
4. After going through the screens and getting an idea of the problem, the technician can communicate with you through the in-app chat. This will be ideal when the technician wants to send you instructions or ask you for quick clarifications.
5. Although you'll be sharing your screen directly with the technician, you're always in control as you can choose to stop/resume screen sharing at any time.
6. Additionally, you can configure your iOS device for unattended access by the trusted technician at any time.
7. During an ongoing remote support or unattended access session, technicians and customers can send or receive files of up to 2 GB using the File Transfer option.

They pretend to be Apple customer support. They were trying to get me to open my banking apps … not related to my problem … THEY ARE SCAMMERS and have been reported to the authorities and Apple I would give 0 stars but it requires it to post

Scammers
Got a call today saying it was bell canada and they needed to update our router. They had me download this app in order to configure ever before the technician came…it’s only after the code was put in that i realized it wasn’t Bell. I immediately deleted the app. I am pretty sure it was a scam. I am watching for any indication that they hacked my phone and am watching my bank account.

I was told to download this app and enter the code so that they could access my screen and I did it supposing they were the one to repair my problems but I realized it late and I hung up
Danger
App being used by scammers. Claimed to be from Amazon fraud department and had me download. Fortunately I don’t do on line banking but no way to tell what info they were able to gather.
SCAM
A Scammer just about hacked me through this app. They claimed to be my internet provider, and got me to screen share with them. They pretty much got all my banking info and passwords by the time I caught on. I’m actually impressed with what you can use this app for.
