The pages on the app don’t fit properly in my iPhone 14 Pro. The page & words are cut off on each side of the app. Tried redownloading it, restarting my phone, deleted & reinstalled and has the same issue. I have my font set to large on my phone, but that should not be causing this issue with the app.

Ever since the name change from GI Health to cylinder and the update nothing works. I have uninstalled the app multiple times and still half to go thru the App Store to access the app and that only works half the time. And to try to access it from a computer forget it. So glad this was a free benefit from work and not something I paid for because this is ridiculous.

I have the GIMate, the personalized digestion monitor, and I can’t connect it to the app. Every time I go to pair it, there is an error. With that being said, the app, and program, is good overall.

Great app but the green never shows up on my calendar in days where I’m symptom-free

This app has it all and has made a monumental difference in my GI condition. Through tracking my foods and symptoms on a regular basis I’ve been able to figure out my food triggers with the help and support of my Care Team. There are so many recipes in the app which helped me find meals and snacks I like within the boundaries of the foods I can eat. I can’t say enough good things about GIThrive!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the solution!! I’ve tried all the competitors and there is no comparison. This is hands down the best, whether you are diagnosed or undiagnosed with gut trouble!!

Getting this from your employer is life changing. Anyone with gas, bloating, constipation, or any other stomach issues should give it a try!

The benefit that is provide, the information, the thought behind the service is great. The app however is horrible. It crashes doesn’t open has to be uninstalled and reinstalled. This app is definitely needing major improvement and/or overhaul

App is basically unusable since it crashes every second I tried to open it. I can barely get through the onboarding screens since it can barely load and continues to crash.
