Extremely user “unfriendly” Super disorganized and confusing app to work with! It’s a terrible app which frustrates me every time I need to use it. It’s so unlike Google to use such a horrible app.

I couldn’t even invite my spouse to use the website via text when I signed up. Kept getting an error message. Not a good first impression.

The application is easy to navigate. And everyone behind the Care Team- the BEST! Very good with follow up, very good in helping you find doctors within your network, they are all very responsive and in a timely manner. They provide multiple resources to help. They are top notch quality care!

I just arrived in the US for work and know no one and haven’t figured out the health system. I got sick recently and called the Included Health Team. They provided me with immediate and excellent service that saw me get the care I needed. I am truly thankful.
