What Patrik said – can’t register, can’t use the app, can’t charge.
Unusable
Not possible to register account and tried for over an hour. No hint why so ever of why I can't continue from the address page. Could be that some field isn't approved (maybe can't live outside Italy) but no way of knowing
Very unreliable
Choose another app if possible, this one is very frustrating. Recently at a 120kW charger I was able to charge for 30sec then charging stopped and the charger is back to an available state however the app still shows that a charging session is ongoing and it is not possible to cancel it. Customer service is not available or take VERY long time to answer.
