After last update the is not working If you search for a ticket it shows no tickets or schedule on this day

App is starting. After entering mobile number, I am not receiving the otp. Tried with multiple devices and multiple cell phones.

Impossible to navigate back on most pages, arrival and destination fields are blank(black) and refund page is practically unusable. Either fix the whole app are remove from app store. What a time waste. P.s. use webpage instead of app if you are that desperate.

The app is not working and neither it will let me login or book anything. Why do you even have the app if customers can’t use it

Mujy 4 saal ho gye travel krty huye pehly toh phir b buses kuch theek thi lekin din ba din buses kị condition itni khrb hoti ja rhi h AC tk nhi chlty us mei kbhi bus khrb ho jati h kbhi kuch ho jata h inko itni bri inform kiya pr inko koi asar nhi hota very disappointed from deawoo service.

So much worst update. So slow so so so slow server cant even see my own tickets. Interface is so ordinary, boring, pathetic and complex. The previous one was a lot more better and easier.

Since the upgrade, the app is crashing and not functioning properly making it total useless

I’m loving the new app. Just used it yesterday such smooth booking 👏

I wish Daewoo app has a user friendly UI with a better response rate. And better payment method which is user-friendly.

Most useless app & most irritating service, irresponsible team. I unable to pay from easypaisa & I’m trying for last 8-9 hours. Worst app experience!!!
