Very poor service they are using very old and dirty buses

After listening to many critics about this app, i still decided to give this app a chance. I Booked 2 tickets from lhr to multan via application but the bus got cancelled due to fog and the terminal manager asked me to cancel the tickets from the application & get refund as daewoo credit so i can book instantly the new tickets for next day. The daewoo credit which should be instant came up after 3 days which is of no use to me. And now when i asked the support to refund this credit to me in my Jazzcash account they told me i should buy tickets. I’ve already travelled to my destination, for where should i buy tickets? Atleast the end user should be given timely refunds or option to withdraw their balance back if u can’t give them service , instead of forcefully selling them the tickets they don’t need.

App is not working properly. And if we book by card or Jazz cash usually Jhang rout buses get cancelled and u will have request for refund.

Mujy 4 saal ho gye travel krty huye pehly toh phir b buses kuch theek thi lekin din ba din buses kị condition itni khrb hoti ja rhi h AC tk nhi chlty us mei kbhi bus khrb ho jati h kbhi kuch ho jata h inko itni bri inform kiya pr inko koi asar nhi hota very disappointed from deawoo service.

So much worst update. So slow so so so slow server cant even see my own tickets. Interface is so ordinary, boring, pathetic and complex. The previous one was a lot more better and easier.

Since the upgrade, the app is crashing and not functioning properly making it total useless

I’m loving the new app. Just used it yesterday such smooth booking 👏
